Model a hypothetical liquidity pool to see the estimated starting price, implied fully diluted valuation, and pool share.
Pool assumptions
All values are hypothetical inputs you control.
Token reserve paired in the pool.
USD-denominated reserve (e.g. a stablecoin).
Optional valuation assumptions

Used for initial market cap.
Find the USD reserve it would need.
Estimated results

Implied FDV

Pool share of supply

Liquidity-to-FDV

USD reserve ÷ implied FDV
Estimated token price
USD Reserve / Token Reserve
$50,000 / 200,000,000 = $0.00025
Implied fully diluted valuation
Estimated Token Price × Total Token Supply
$0.00025 × 1,000,000,000 = $250,000
In this model, liquidity-to-FDV always equals the pool’s share of supply, because both sides of the pool are valued at the same starting price. Total value in the pool at that price is about $100,000 (both reserves).
How to read these numbers
Initial liquidity, market valuation, and circulating supply are different concepts. Liquidity is the capital available for trading; FDV values every token at the current price; circulating market cap values only transferable tokens. A starting price set by a small pool says little about how much can be traded at that price.
Results assume a single pool priced as USD reserve divided by token reserve. They exclude trading fees, price impact, arbitrage, other markets, and execution details. This tool does not connect to exchanges or launch anything.
